Moon Society Chapter-Team Leader Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to requests to join the chapter(if the chapter/team is restricted)
  2. Respond promply to questions about the chapter.
  3. Coordinate chapter activities
  4. Post a message to the chapter mailing list at least once a week if there is no other activity.
  5. Prevent flamewars from erupting and keep ongoing discussions on topic.
  6. Post summaries of major discussions to the artemis-list general discussion mailing list.
  7. Develop a vision and strategy for what the chapter will accomplish, and set and commit to achievable goals to fulfill that vision and strategy.
  8. Inform the Moon Society Listmaster at listmaster@moonsociety.org of any changes in your e-mail address or other contact information.
  9. Inform the Moon Society the Chapters Coordinator at  chapters-coordinator@moonsociety.org of any changes in your e-mail address, other contact information, or any change in chapter leadership.
